Technical task and goalsTOURISM AND CULTURE

We are excited to work with schools in both towns on a ground breaking project. Due to COVID restrictions international travelling has been affected a lot, but this did not stop our young people to come up with solutions to these challenges.

Our team is working on a Virtual Tourism platform, where our young people can experience different each others world virtually.

If there is one thing our twins have in common, its the pride they have in their culture and pride in their tourist attractions which have defined their identity, from man-made to natural attractions and national heritage sites.

The growing interest of visitors in genuine cultural experiences brings along considerable opportunities but also complex challenges for tourism, especially challenges brought by Covid-19

Tees Valley

With nationally significant arts and entertainment venues, museums and historic sites and contemporary galleries, the question isn’t where will you go but where will you go first?

Lose yourself in the stories of the region in Tees Valley’s museums and at historic sites as you journey through railway and maritime history, be immersed in contemporary and cutting-edge galleries filled with modern art or experience exciting family adventures.
